Hard Reset Via Button/Hand:

  1. Turn Off Handset and wait few seconds
  2. Now Press and Hold Volume Up and Power Key
  3. When Android icon, Appear Release Held Keys
  4. Now Press the Power Button to enter Recovery Menu
  5. Now Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset and Press Power Key to Continue
  6. Now Select Yes -- Delete All User Data and Press Power Key to Continue
  7. Now Select Reboot system now
  8. Now wait until Device reboot successfully
  9. Enjoy your Handset Hard reset successfully


Hard Reset Via Menu:

  1. Power On Handset
  2. Now Go to Menu -> Settings -> Backup and Reset
  3. Now Select Factory Data Reset
  4. Now Select Reset Phone and Erase Everything to Confirm Operation
  5. Now wait until Device reboot successfully
  6. Enjoy your Handset Hard reset successfully
